Directors: Ken & Cathy Becker
Ken and Cathy Becker have been in full-time ministry since 1977.  They have pastored churches in Indiana, Wisconsin and Ohio.  Ken has also served as the Director of Teen Challenge of Wisconsin, Inc.  In 2006, they left their last pastorate to serve the people in the marketplace full-time.  They formed a Non-profit organization, Groundz4Living, to minister to employers and employees alike.  Groundz4Living was birthed to “Bring a Hope and a Future to the Marketplace.”
In 2012, the Beckers moved to St. Augustine, Florida to work with Ken and Norma Asplund and the ministry they founded, The Marketplace CPR(Christian Professional Resources).  Ken and Cathy took leadership of The Marketplace in 2016 as Ken and Norma passed the baton.  They have brought many years of pastoral ministry experience, as well as, wisdom in working in with those in the business community.  Cathy is the Manager of Motherhood Maternity at the St. Augustine Outlet Mall.
The Beckers have a big heart for those working in the marketplace.  Ken and Cathy have extensive experience and understanding the stresses of the marketplace.  Cathy has worked much of their married life in retail sales.  She has held Management positions for over a third of those years.  Their goal and desire is to make a positive difference in the lives of those serving in the marketplace and to ‘Earn the Right to Be Heard’ concerning the Gospel. Their vision is to work in order to see a spiritual 'Transformation' of St. Augustine through those in the marketplace
The Beckers have 3 grown children and 3 wonderful grandchildren in Dayton, Ohio.
